Shipping Information

Zvoria currently ships within the United States and offers free standard shipping.

Our shipping timeframes are:

  • Business Days: Monday–Friday
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT-7)
  • Handling Time: 2 - 5 business days
  • Transit Time: 5 - 14 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 - 19 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

After an order has shipped, Zvoria sends an email containing a tracking link.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Zvoria accepts return requests for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days from delivery.

Customers must contact Zvoria before sending an item back. Return requests are reviewed first, and approved customers receive the applicable return instructions.

Return shipping is free for approved returns and exchanges.

Exchanges are available for eligible products, and Zvoria charges no restocking fee for approved returns.

Returned products are inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt.

If a return is approved following inspection, the refund will be processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please do not independently send a return to the business address displayed below. Please do not send returns to our Operating Address unless specifically instructed to do so as part of your approved return instructions.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If you would like to request a cancellation, contact Zvoria at info@zvoria.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and may instead be handled through the applicable return process after delivery.
